Freedom Designs, Inc. is proud to offer another option to our extensive product line- the "Transport Option"- for our Spectrum line of wheelchairs. This option addresses the challenges of safe transport of wheelchair riders. Securement point bracketry for SAE J2249-approved tie downs are clearly marked on all approved frames. The "Transport Option" on our frames has been tested and passed according to ANSI/RESNA WC-19 standards at the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute. The following frames and parts have been frontal-impact tested and are available when ordering the Freedom Designs, Inc., Transportation Option:
