Karen “Missy” Ball, MT, PT, ATP
Missy is the former assistant Director of the Physical Therapy Department at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. She is a seating clinic consultant and has a private practice specializing in pediatric neurology. An accomplished speaker, Missy has presented Freedom’s seminars for over 17 years, lectured both domestically and internationally, and is recognized through out the industry for her vast knowledge and experience in seating and positioning.

Jill Sparacio, OTR/L ATP, ABDA
Jill is an occupational therapist in private practice in the Chicago Illinois area. She has specialized in seating and positioning for more than 25 years and has been an Education Specialist with Pindot Products for six years. A graduate of Western Michigan University, she currently provides consultation to long term care facilities and clients in the community. Additionally Jill consults with rehab technology suppliers and equipment manufacturers and is actively involved in funding issues at both the state and federal levels.

Andy Hicks, ATP, SMS, CAPS,
Eastern Regional Sales Manager, Altimate Medical
Andy earned a degree in Occupational Therapy at Manchester College and began his career working at Sharp Rehab Hospital. Since then, Andy has pursued his interest in complex rehab products as a Rehab Specialist working for several rehab equipment suppliers and manufacturers, most recently with The ROHO Group. He currently works at Altimate Medical as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager and is a board member, and committee member of the United Spinal Association.

Peter Wankelman, ATP,
Western Regional Sales Manager, Altimate Medical
Peter has more than fifteen years of experience with standing devices, and has worked in the rehabilitation technology industry for over twenty years. Peter has presented Altimate Medical’s “Standing 101” over 150 times, to clinicians and suppliers in six different countries. He currently works as Western Regional Sales Manager for EasyStand products at Altimate Medical, Inc.
