Price Increase Notification
December 1, 2009

Freedom Designs, Inc. will be increasing retail prices on its Seating and Positioning products effective January 1, 2010 by 4% to 5%. This will exclude our Trays, Headrests and Lateral product lines as well as a broad array of items in our parts catalog.

Freedom has not had an increase in frame prices for over 7 years while absorbing the increased costs of materials, shipping and labor. All base frame list prices will be increased 4.5%. We will continue to absorb standard ground freight costs domestically, with no minimums or handling charges now common to our industry.

Seating will be increased 4% on select items, the majority of which are custom coded. With these products, we will also continue to absorb standard ground freight costs domestically, with no minimums or handling charges.

The majority of parts pricing will remain unchanged for 2010 with the exception of several that will have decreases due to process improvements in our manufacturing.

As always, any orders or quotes that have been processed prior to the January 1, 2010 increase will be honored for 90 days. Please contact your Freedom sales representative with any questions.
